Breaches of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.

1. Professionalism & Integrity
- Conduct all interactions with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
- Deliver high-quality work and honour commitments.
- Clients must provide clear, fair, and reasonable project expectations.
- Experts must deliver services as agreed and communicate proactively.
- Avoid misleading claims, false information, or unethical behaviour.
2. Respect & Non-Discrimination
- Treat all users with respect, fairness, and courtesy.
- No discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Respect different opinions, perspectives, and cultures.
- Hate speech, harassment, abuse, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3. Fair Use & Compliance
- Follow intellectual property laws – do not plagiarize or use copyrighted materials without permission.
- Comply with data privacy and confidentiality agreements.
- Only accept or offer work that is legal and aligns with ethical standards.
- No fraudulent activities, fake profiles, or misrepresentation of expertise.
4. Payment & Transactions
- Keep client and expert information private and secure.
- Do not share confidential project details without permission.
- Respect IP rights—do not misuse proprietary information or materials.
- No unauthorized data collection, leaks, or breaches of confidentiality.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Treat all users with respect, fairness, and courtesy.
- No discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Respect different opinions, perspectives, and cultures.
- Hate speech, harassment, abuse, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
6. No Spam, Fraud, or Exploitation
- All job postings and expert listings must be legitimate.
- Proposals should be relevant and tailored to the project requirements.
- Report any suspicious activity or fraudulent behaviour to IPExpert Support.
- No fake reviews, deceptive job postings, or spam messages.
7. Dispute Resolution & Platform Trust
- Use IPExpert’s dispute resolution system for any conflicts or concerns.
- If disagreements arise, attempt direct communication before escalating disputes.
- Maintain professionalism even in conflict situations.
- No threats, retaliation, or attempts to manipulate reviews or feedback.
8. Compliance with Laws & Platform Policies
- Follow local, national, and international laws when using IPExpert.
- Comply with Platform rules, terms of service, and guidelines.
- IPExpert reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
- Illegal activities, regulatory violations, and unethical behaviour will lead to account suspension.
- Reporting Violations & Getting Help.
