Trademark & Domain Protection Needed – Brazil Startup

We are a health & wellness startup based in São Paulo, Brazil, preparing for a regional product launch.

We’re seeking an expert to assist us in developing a comprehensive strategy for trademark registration and domain name protection in Brazil and across Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America.

We need support in:
✅ Conducting trademark clearance searches in Brazil
✅ Filing our brand with the INPI (Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial)
✅ Securing our brand name in relevant domain extensions (.com.br, .lat, etc.)
✅ Preventing brand impersonation and online infringement
✅ Understanding risks around cross-border IP rights in LATAM
